SINOPSIS
Regina rinde tributo a su tío Tomás, un hombre humilde que lleva una vida sencilla y anónima, a través de sus recuerdos personales y visuales. No hace falta ser una persona famosa para ser excepcional.

BIO-FILMOGRAFÍA
Graduada en la Escuela de Bellas Artes de Oporto.
En 1999 dirige su primera película The Night utilizando grabados animados en palés de yeso. Desde entonces, utilizando varias técnicas de grabado animado, ha seguido dirigiendo sus pel·lícules como Tragic Story with Happy End en 2002 y Kali the little vampire en 2012. Sus películas han ganado premios en todo el mundo, incluyendo, entre otros, el Grand Prix Annecy '06, Grand Prix SICAF 2006, lista de los Oscar 2007, Hiroshima Prize 2012, Premio Jury Annecy 2019, Gran Premio Animamundi 2019. En 2016 se convirtió en professora titular del instituto de animación -Filmakademie,en Alemania. Y en el año 2019 dirige Uncle Thomas Accounting for the days.
// Graduated form Oporto’s Fine Art’s School. In 1992 she started working at the Studio in Porto.
In 1999 she directs her first film The Night using animated engraving on plaster paltes. Since then, using various animated engraving techniques she has continued directing her films such as Tragic Story with Happy End in 2002 and Kali the little vampire in 2012. Her films has since gone on to win prizes around the world, including Grand Prix Annecy ’06, Grand Prix SICAF 2006, Oscars 2007 shortlist, Hiroshima Prize 2012, Jury’s Award Annecy 2019, Grand Prix Animamundi 2019. In 2016 became Senior Lecturer as Animation institut - Filmakademie, Germany. In 2019 she directed Uncle Thomas Accounting for the days.
